Once our son was diagnosed with celiac disease, we thought our pizza days were surely over.
Until.....
We found Schar Pizza Crusts and Ragu Homemade Style Pizza Sauce!
Per a phone conversation with Ragu, they assured that all their pizza sauces are gluten free. The traditional pizza sauce lists modified food starch on their label. The lady at Ragu said that it is from corn. I personally use the Homemade Style.
A note for diabetics: 1 serving = 1/3 of a pizza crust = 30g. The plate shown above contains 1 serving.
We haven't tried those pizza crusts yet because I always buy Udi's. But I just discovered Schar products not too long ago so I am definitely going to give these a try. So far, the products we have tried from them are really good! So I'm sure this pizza crust is as well. :)
ReplyDeleteHi Kris! We are definitely Udi lovers! I've only tried their breads so far. I'll have to try their pizza crusts as well.
ReplyDeleteWe love ALL of their products. We have tried the muffins, breads, cinnamon rolls, bagels and of course, pizza crusts. They are all SO good!
